How guests opt in
During vehicle check-in, property staff ask the guest whether they want to receive transactional text messages for the current parking visit. Staff use the following verbal consent prompt:
“Would you like us to text your valet ticket, vehicle-request link, and service updates for this parking visit? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
The guest provides their mobile number and gives an affirmative verbal response. Staff enter the number into the property’s Arkaiv check-in workflow and select “Send to Guest” only after consent is received. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use the valet or parking service.
Messages guests may receive
- A digital valet ticket and a link for requesting the vehicle
- Vehicle retrieval or service-status updates when enabled by the property
- A secure payment link when a parking charge is due
Messages are customer-care and operational communications, not marketing. Message frequency varies according to the parking visit, the guest’s actions, and the features enabled by the property.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help, contact the valet desk at the property that issued the ticket, or email jalen.bartolf@arkaiv.net. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy and program terms
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are used to provide the requested parking communications. SMS consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process messaging data only as needed to operate the service.
Review the Arkaiv Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
